As others went to seek clues as to where to go and how to get there, Azararch idly recuperated. Social interactions in such an informal environment would probably not be of much use right now. It frustrated him somewhat that he had to rely on others in such an 'ordinary' situation. 'Why were we provided with neither a map, nor destination coordinates?' - Was the question Geiss pondered over as he evaluated the surroundings.
Soon after he was, to a degree, left to his own devices, Azararch found something else to consider: do these people get outsiders often? 'If so, there are probably shops that include maps in their stocks', reasoned the psyker with himself.
That train of thought was cut short, as Caro returned with good news relevant to the matter at hand.
The trio began discussing their options as to how to approach their task. Wary of the fact that the less people know about the group, and the less they know, the better, he put effort into making the area secure of unwanted eyes and ears.
Awareness at +0 to check the surroundings. Perception 40.
Psyniscience at +0 to check if there is any Warp presence. Perception 40.
After listening to what Caro and Macro had to say, he decided to bring up a couple of points:
'I suggest that we do not try to haggle with our partners, as they likely do not care about the current alternative we are able to offer, and getting a deal of similar value is not within our grasp until we learn more about local demand and supply, which we probably will not bother to do . We also should consider that they will not honour their side of the deal, and because of that I am in disagreement with you, good sir', Azararch replied to Hox 'on the matter of putting extra effort to deal with legal issues via hirable legal workers. Sure, bringing up the fact that you do not trust the other party can offend their representatives, but they do not have to know about that if they do indeed follow through with our agreement'.
Azararch decided to make a pause before proceeding to make sure he does not forget something, as well as to survey the map. Geiss still thought that it would be better to stick to the awkward ways of argot, despite the fact that he was unsatisfied with his 'speech' of sorts. Azararch was afraid that he went too far with it, but he did all he could not to straight-forwardly state that they had a task to conclude a deal with a criminal organisations full of thugs, and announce that to the locals.
'Considering what we have right now, is there anything else to be done here? We could probably go to do some sightseeing again, in order to find some guides who would help us get us where we want, and back'.
Logic at +0 to evaluate the map and possibly gather new information on the choice of rendez-vous point (Marble Crest, that is). Intelligence 39.
